What can you expect?
- You lead and execute the full audit process, starting from preparation to execution to follow-up
- You lead the harmonization and improvement of internal supplier development processes, guidelines and KPIs as well as material specifications across all our locations
- You work collaboratively together with the global category managers to identify critical, strategic and high-potential suppliers
- You improve their capabilities and competitiveness in the areas of cost, quality, lead time and technology
- You support the internal organization in supplier and material approval processes
What should you bring along?
- You have a degree in industrial engineering, business administration or comparable qualifications
- You have several years of experience in supplier development, preferably in the transformer industry
- You have an ISO auditor certification, ideally in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 Environmental, 45001 Safety
- You possess exceptional skills in analytics, project and process management, self-organization, structuring and prioritization, assertiveness combined with teamwork skills, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- You are business fluent in English and have experience with Microsoft Office
- You have a willingness to travel up to 30%
